Procedures;

   In a pan add oil and fry onions, carrot,green pepper, cabbage, and sprinkle a little salt after frying pour into a mixing bowl then break egg into it,add black pepper, and seasoning cube and whisk properly.

In a non stick pan pour a little oil or margarine pour whisked egg into the pan and allow to fry on a very low heat. Enjoy with bread and tea

Procedures;

   In a pot of little oil,add onions and saute,add minced meat, black pepper, cumin seeds, garlic and ginger ,salt and sliced sausage then fry for about 2min then add tomato and pepper paste, seasoning cube and allow to fry then set aside. Add boiling water into the fried sauce and also add in parboiled spaghetti stir together and allow to simmer. Serve with egg and turkey

Procedures;

Sieve all the dry ingredients then pour in a mixing bowl, whisk egg properly, make a well in the center of the bowl and pour the egg and dilluted milk mix thoroughly till there is no lump in it. Cover with a moslim cloth or a damp napkin then allow to rise for about 45minutes.deep fry by scooping the mixture bit by bit into the hot oil and fry until golden brown. Enjoy with chilled juice.

Procedure; 

      In a pan or pot ,add oil, onions, ginger and garlic paste, cumin seeds, carrots, green pepper, sausage, black pepper powder salt and stir fry (saute).Add two tablespoons of pepper and tomato paste, add seasoning cubes.stir for about two minutes then add cabbage and spring onions , cover and allow to steam up for about a minute.

Procedures:(scrambled eggs) In a hot pan,add margarine ,onions, green beans, red and yellow pepper, green peas, spring onions, seasoning cube,salt to taste and  saute then set aside.in a bowl break egg ,milk and whisk properly. Add the sauted veggies to the egg and whisk evenly then fry.

Procedures: (milk custard) make a light paste of custard powder. In a pot pour water and milk and allow to boil then add in the paste and stir gently until it’s sticky add suagr to taste.
