5 large carrots

1 medium onion bulb

Grated chili pepper

Titus fish

Curry and thyme

Salt to taste

Seasoning cubes

2tbsp pepperoni soya mince (optional)

Oil to fry.

Procedure; In a pan, add oil then add onions and stir fry, add  in grated chili pepper and carrot and fry on medium heat, add pepperoni soya mince, curry and thyme, salt to taste Seasoning cubes and stir. Add Titus fish and sprinkle a little water inside and allow to steam. Your carrot stew is ready, enjoy with rice or pasta
