Beef and plantain skewers (beef dodo)
Red and green bell pepper
Salt to taste
Curry and thyme
Oil to fry
Procedures; cut the beef into small pieces and cook in a pot, add seasoning cubes, curry and thyme and salt to taste. Dice the plantain and fry. In a pan add tomato puree, a tbsp. of beef stock and salt to taste add the beef and stir fry. Garnish with bell pepper and onions using the bamboo sticks.
